KAMA Cycle V2.0 - Quantitative Accumulation Framework

A structural framework using Kaufman's Adaptive Moving Average to mathematically map deep value accumulation zones across any asset.
The KAMA Cycle V2.0 is a quantitative framework designed to map structural market deviations. Unlike traditional indicators based on subjective patterns or standard moving average crossovers, this system utilizes Kaufman's Adaptive Moving Average (KAMA) to mathematically measure the distance between price and its structural mean.
CORE MECHANICS: The system calculates the exact percentage deviation of the price from two adaptive moving averages:
Fast KAMA: Measures short-term momentum and trend direction.
Slow KAMA: Measures the long-term structural macro trend.
VISUAL ELEMENTS & SIGNALS:
Candle Colors: Candles automatically change color based on the structural trend (Orange for Bullish, Blue for Bearish).
L1 to L4 Accumulation (Green Dots): These dots appear below the price when the negative deviation from the Slow KAMA reaches extreme mathematical levels. These zones represent structural deep value.
TP1 & TP2 Distribution (Orange Dots): These dots appear above the price when the positive deviation from the Fast KAMA indicates an overextended rally.
Triple Confirmation Engine: The integrated dashboard (AMH + Stochastic) confirms the structural momentum before executing.
THE FRAMEWORK CONCEPT (CRUCIAL): This is a framework, not a static strategy. Deviation percentages are not universal across all assets. Because every asset has a unique volatility profile and relative strength, the L1-L4 and TP1-TP2 levels must be adapted. A deep value deviation on Bitcoin is completely different from a deep value deviation on the S&P 500 or Forex. Users must calibrate the input parameters based on the specific asset's historical volatility.
HOW TO USE:
Apply the indicator to any asset (Crypto, Stocks, Forex, Commodities) and any timeframe.
Monitor the dynamic price lines to see exactly where the next accumulation zones are located.
Adjust the deviation inputs in the settings to match the historical volatility of the specific asset you are trading.
Use the Triple Confirmation dashboard to validate the momentum.
