Refund and Cancellation Policy

What you pay for

ScriptRank.live sells one thing: one-time ranking packages that add to a listing's Total Paid Toward Rank on the Top Bid Leaderboard. The visibility is delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed. We do not sell the listed tools. Payments buy visibility only: they do not buy traffic, sales, endorsement or any particular result.

Cancellation

Packages are one-time payments. There is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel later. You can leave checkout at any time before paying without being charged. Once a payment is confirmed it cannot be cancelled; the refund rules below apply. You can ask us to remove your listing at any time, but removal at your request is not refunded.

When we refund

• You were charged more than once for the same package.
• You were charged but your listing's total was not increased because of an error on our side.
• We removed your listing for a reason that was not a breach of our listing rules.

When we don't refund

Because visibility is delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. We do not refund a package because the listing was later outbid, because you changed your mind, because it did not bring the traffic or sales you hoped for, or because we removed the listing for breaking our rules.

How to ask

Write to support@scriptrank.live within 30 days of the payment, from the email address you used, with the date and amount. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider and your bank.

What a refund does to your rank

A refund removes the matching share of the package's value from your listing's total, so the listing may move down. If your total drops below an amount you held before, your place in a tie at that amount starts again from when you reach it again. See How ranking works.

Payment disputes (chargebacks)

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank; we will try to resolve it quickly. While a dispute is open your total does not change. If the dispute is decided against us, or accepted, the payment is removed from your total in the same way as a refund.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the law where you live.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment processing, tax and chargebacks.
