1. What ScriptRank.live is

ScriptRank.live is a paid ranking and discovery platform for third-party trading indicators, scripts and tools. Creators list their own tools; each listing links to the creator's own page. Placement on the Top Bid Leaderboard is paid: rank is set only by the creator's verified payments for visibility. Visitors can also find tools through Trending, Newest and search, which payment does not affect.

ScriptRank.live is operated by Leena Jadhav, an individual based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("we", "us").

2. What ScriptRank.live is not

We do not sell, host, license or distribute the listed tools, take a commission on creators' sales, or collect or forward money for creators. We do not provide trading signals, tips, investment advice or any recommendation to buy or sell anything. Listings are paid placements, not reviews, ratings or endorsements. Rank shows what was paid, not performance, quality or safety. Visitors use any listed tool at their own risk. Trading involves risk.

3. Accounts

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. Keep access to that email account secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must give accurate information on your creator profile. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

4. Listings and review

Every listing is reviewed before it is published, and only published listings can be ranked. You may only list a tool you are entitled to promote. You must not:

• make misleading performance claims, such as invented win rates, back-test results presented as live results, or selected screenshots presented as typical;
• promise or guarantee returns, or use "get rich" language;
• impersonate another person, brand, creator or company;
• link to malware, phishing, scams or anything whose main purpose is to deceive;
• use fake reviews, testimonials or engagement, or manipulate views, likes or clicks;
• offer unauthorised or unlicensed financial services, including personalised investment advice, managed accounts, fund management, or signal or copy-trading services that need a licence you do not hold;
• use affiliate or tracking links, link shorteners, chat or group invite links, or link to adult content.

We may reject, suspend or remove a listing that breaks these rules, and we tell you the reason. Payments for removed listings are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Ranking

Each package you buy for a listing adds its full US-dollar value to the listing's Total Paid Toward Rank. The Top Bid Leaderboard is ordered by that total, highest first. If two listings have equal totals, the one that first reached that total ranks higher, for as long as it has held at least that amount without interruption; exact ties are decided by the order payments were recorded, never at random. A listing that is outbid moves down; it is not removed. A total only goes down when a payment is refunded or a payment dispute is lost or accepted; an open dispute does not change it. 6. Payments

Packages are fixed, one-time payments in US dollars, shown on our Pricing page before you pay. Tax may be added at checkout depending on your country. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. By paying, you agree to these terms and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. A payment only counts toward rank once it has been verified with the payment provider; returning from the checkout page does not by itself change anything. Only the creator of a published listing can buy packages for it.

8. Paid placement

Rank reflects the total paid toward rank. It is not an endorsement and does not measure trading performance or product quality.

9. Liability

ScriptRank.live is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from the use of any listed tool or from reliance on any rank.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without limiting any rights you have under the law where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a significant change, creators will be asked to accept the new version.
